A fully automatic, liquid-agent, stand-alone, non-electrical system which provides 24 hour protection for the cooking equipment, extract plenums and extract duct spigots in commercial kitchen exhaust hoods. A typical system comprises stainless steel control panel, fusible link detection, fuel shut-off facility, remote manual-pull station and stainless steel pipe work where visible.
Developed for use with commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, complying with the rigorous demands of the UL300 Specification, and offering continuous water back-up to the fire-extinguishing liquid in the tanks located in the Control Panel.
