Reactocell exposes grease vapors to Ultraviolet light, chemically converting it to keep the exhaust duct, fan and roof free of grease. This reduces the fire hazard in the system and odor in the discharge vapor. The elimination of grease also provides the potential for installing food service establishments in non traditional site locations.
